Picked Linksys 8-Port Switch up today. Works extremely well. The model I got does not stack with my Wireless G router, but that is a small drawback. Basically plugged it in and it worked right away, I am able to connect to XBox Live through Linksys 8-Port Switch with 0 issues.

I was very pleased with this Linksys Switch..... easy install and had my network up and running right out of the box.I had had a Linksys 5 port hub , that I used for 8 years and so I was sure I could trust the name but I delighted again and recommend This Switch as Linksys 8-Port Switch is much easier and theres no 10MBps limit like the hub. 100MBps for each PC.YAY!!!

At this price, there isn't any reason to use a hub. The switch auto configures so Linksys 8-Port Switch is very easy to install. Great for increasing the number of available ports you have to connect to.
