The monitor failed 3 weeks before the warranty and I could not call the company until 5 weeks after coming back from a business trip.The customer service is crap, they would not help me with my problem.Westinghouse LCM-22w3 22" Widescreen LCD Monitor was a waste of 400$. Stay away from Westinghouse LCM-22w3 22" Widescreen LCD Monitor product do not waste you hard earned money on Westinghouse LCM-22w3 22". Instead buy a monitor that comes with a 3 years manufacturer warranty.Good luckRab

Great picture. Physical appearence nice. But why would the manufacture put the kind of speaker system into such an other wise great product. Can't hardly hear it at highest level as ohter reviewer mentions. Plan to try to hook up other speakers.

First thing is the speakers are junk, then again who uses speakers in a monitor? NOT!! anyways this monitor works great with movies games at 1680x1050 no problems at all & i've had it for over a year now. well worth the price you will not be disapointed.

Picture is great, but audio output very disappointing. Volume level is very low even at its highest level. If you purchased it as a monitor with speakers, would have to rate it at the lowest ranking level. If sound is not important, picture is very good.
