Well, I am very grateful with the service and technical support I received at Visionman and Tigerdirect. They helped me a lot and they were always there when I called. Now I don't know why this computer kept freezing every 3-4 hours of use. They replaced my motherboard... the same problem. They replaced my whole computer... the same problem ''with a completely new computer''. I bought another computer and I no longer have the same issues. The only thing I sort of figured is that the motherboard that comes with this computer is not completely compatible with windows xp, I really don't know why I was having those troubles, even the people at visionman had no clue. So think well before buying this comp. Besided, it's not really a gaming comp, It only has 1 gb of memory at 667, it's video card is a low end gefore 7300 gs so It won't play the latest game. So in my opinion, if you want a gaming computer from visionman, buy from them, but not this computer. Or build one by yourself.
