Great price and seems to work OK. The one big flaw is that TRENDnet 2-Port KVM will not switch to the other PC when the one it is currently on is shut down or removed. You have to press the button (which in my case is way under my desk) to make it switch. So it seems as though the PC itself has something to do with the switching process. I mean the keyboard and mouse are still plugged in to the device so when I hit the hot keys or double scroll lock the box should recognize that I want it to switch no matter if the PCs are there or not.

Great little, inexpensive KVM. I purchased it to support 2 Linux workstations. While testing between a Windows PC and a Linux PC, I found that I could not get Scroll Lock + Scroll Lock to switch back to Windows. However, quite by accident, I found that Num Lock + Num Lock worked instead. That aside, the price for TRENDnet 2-Port KVM KVM is the nicest thing about it. (worth mentioning: I use LCD monitor at 1600x1200 resolution and this KVM supports it).

I have purchased several of these KVM's and they have worked great with no problems. I have even connected a usb hub to one of the usb ports on the KVM and it worked fine. Installed a wireless keyboard usb adapter into the hub that is plugged into the KVM and it works fine. I have only used the KVM's on Win2K and WinXP. I have had no problems with TRENDnet products to date. I would highly recommend this KVM switch.****Make sure to check your cable connections for good connections when installing the KVM's.****I have not installed any of the software that came with the KVM. I have been using the ''Scroll Lock'' key to make the switch between PC's.

Product works Great. I purchased because of a limited workspace, I have my personal PC and Work laptop. I had no issues connecting both, my personal PC has no restrictions and can d-load anything to it(and have) so after visiting trendnets home page I had no problem d-loading the latest UTILITY (drivers for Xp) and installing it . However my laptop is a work laptop that is as tight as , well you know. I can still operate the KVM on it, I just dont have the hot keys (however after taking to local IT) TRENDnet 2-Port KVM will be resolved. The only complaint I may have is the INCLUDED cables arent long enough to stick the KVM where ever. 5* no regrets, just click add to cart and get! The refresh rate is less than 4 secs!!
