Bought Sylvania SK2201WB 22" Widescreen LCD Monitor to upgrade my 6 yr old 17 inch CRT. It is what it is and that is a cheap monitor. No defects after a week of user. The color is off and white is not white no matter how high you crank the brightness. The buttons are hard to access as well as the pwr cord and video cables on the back. Not a good buy if you plan on doing any photo-editing / graphic design but for a web surfing Sylvania SK2201WB 22" Widescreen LCD Monitor will do.Have no plans on hooking up the speakers but I assume they are nothing astonishing either.

Got one of these Monitors in a few days ago. Had it hooked up in minutes, it's great, doesn't take up much room at all. Does have one dead pixel, but for the price, I'm not upset. Definitely a huge improvement over my old CRT, would buy another.

Got the monitor yesterday. Zero dead pixels. 22'' @ 1650x1080. Sylvania SK2201WB 22" monitor looks brilliat. I have a dual screen Acer 20.1 in setup at work that have 1000:1 contrast, and this monitor looks better than they do, go figure. Speakers are just your run-of-the-mill speakers, nothing to brag about. No edge bleeding of the backlight. One thing I did notice was playing DVD's fullscreen, it looked a bit pixelated. I don't know if that's the quality of the DVD or an issue with the monitor/resolution.Running this monitor on an eVGA 8800GT, looks FANTASTIC. Games look great, desktop, web, text, is fabulous. A 22'' widescreen for $205 shipped to my door. Can't beat it.
