Does anyone know how to transfer photos from a card to the internal memory? The edit function doesn't seem to work. You also can't seem to load the application on to a Mac. I've spent an hour trying to figure all of Smartparts SP104MW 10.4" Digital Picture Frame out and have gotten nowhere.

My frame stopped working 92 days after I bought it. It only has a 90 day warranty. Customer Service told me too bad, i was 2 days out of warranty. Even the supervisor said Smartparts SP104MW 10.4" Digital Picture Frame. Pandigital can keep their junk!!

I have to give this frame a poor review based simply on the fact that Smartparts SP104MW 10.4" Digital Picture Frame was DOA. The instructions/website provided no real troubleshooting information whatsoever. Nice looking frame, but not worth it.

I would say a good product overall but I haven't tested it much. My main complaint is that the slide show is too fast even in slow mode. In fast mode, 3 sec by pictures. In slow mode 6 sec by picture... Instruction are poor too. Optipix software works well but I haven't used it much. I like to tweak each picture myself using photoshop...

Good value, but the directions are very, very bad, and the menu paths very confusing. After about 30 minutes my wife and I figured out how to copy pictures from an SD card to the internal memory without using a computer. If you're patient, this is a great buy. Delivery was quick - the usual great TigerDirect service. I would have given this 5's across the board if the directions were clear.
