Should have listened to the reviews. I have had Sceptre monitors in the past, 17 & 19'' LCD but the bad reviews rang true. After (1)year the DVI port on Sceptre x22wg-Gamer 22" LCD Monitor 22'' Gamer LCD stopped working just like everyone said it would. The VGA port works but yeah, for how long? Sceptre did respond to me quickly but only to fill out the RMA and send back the monitor for repair. The cost to me would be approx $200.00. I learned a lesson I guess. Now my kids have a 22'' LCD running on the VGA port.Went and purchased the Samsung 2493HM, 24'' LCD which has a 3 Year warranty and well worth the extra cash. Tiger Direct was very, very helpful but could not help me with Sceptre. If Sceptre x22wg-Gamer 22" monitor is famous for the DVI port not working after a while, I only wished that Sceptre was a little more forgiven.

bought this unit from Tiger about a year and a half ago. DVI port died within 6 months, which I expected to happen with all the reviews. sent in the unit, Sceptre had it back to me in the blink of an eye. unit hasn't had any issues since. love it looking forward to getting a second one for dual set up. you have been warned, DVI port will die but after the RMA the unit is flawless. inconvenient - yes, worth it - totally. playing Crysis on it now, looks amazing to say the least. 5 stars - go bargain shoppers.

Bought 2 of these in Dec. 06 One had a dead DVI port within 6 mos. other after about 9 mos. Just used VGA ports after that. Slowly the monitors started to get ''blurrry'' for the lack of a better term. One would just shut off for no apparent reason, have to turn it on again with the switch several times each day. Only a 12 mo. warranty. Beware. Otherwise, great features poor quality.
