I'm just glad I bought a router that works (had to go through 2 RMAs with another router manufacturer (which shall go nameless - sounds like sinxus) before I bought a router that works. Plugged it in, went through the setup, easy as pie. Liking the features.

Netgear 10/100 Mbps Router is a great product. Very simple install, get directions with CD-Rom, very good buy for the price. Highly Recommend to anyone looking for a reasonably priced router.

The router is working well and I am pleased with it. However, I spent over an hour trying get it to connect doing it the way the instructions tell you to do it. If their way doesn't work and your router can not find the internet, reboot the modem, with the router already ON. Doing it Netgear 10/100 Mbps Router way seems to have cured all the problems I had.

It never worked well with my setup which is based on a satellite connection (direcway). The router conflicts with the satellite modem and so one or two computers will usually not work. Support was not able to diagnose this problem (they wanted me to reinstall the OS on the computer in question - yeah right). But support was quick and friendly.A switch is better for a satellite connection - but who knew?
