Easy Connect
Connectivity made easy! Mitsubishi's ClearThought Easy Connect simplifies set-up and day-to-day use. During set up, it recognizes each input as it is plugged in, prompts the user to name it, enters it into the Device Menu and only shows used inputs.

NetCommand IR
This exclusive Mitsubishi feature provides the user with a true oneremote control home theater system for analog products. NetCommand IR provides on-screen control of analog-connected products such as your AV receiver, DVD player, satellite receiver, and VCR. To set it up, you simply “tell the television what products are connected and “teach it their IR (infrared) commands. The TV will then take control, eliminating the coffee table clutter of remote controls. It's capable of learning most IR remote control codes from standard home theater products, rather than relying on a preprogrammed library of codes.

I have had my Mit WD-65736 for three months and the high def is spectacular. And the digital picture looks good too. I also purchased the unconvert DVD player and the picture is almost hi def quality. Big is better and Mitsubishi WD-65736 HDTV, Pinnacle TR65 Stand TV out guns the lcd's and plasma's that you will one day have to throw away. With Mitsubishi WD-65736 HDTV, Pinnacle TR65 Stand TV the picture stays bright and never fades and when the bulb finally blows you buy a new bulb for under $200 and have a brand new TV. Picture never fades or has burn in like the lcd's and plasma's. I would buy another one if needed. Why spend big money on an lcd or plasma, when this one has a picture equal to or better than those two.
