Purchased in February 08, worked two weeks, went dead, Tiger does not warranty the item directly, Mach Speed does not have a toll free number and customer service is only available M-F 9-5. Had to risk a long distance call from work..twice.. I tried using e-mail to communicate and get the product returned, all responses were...''please call us at 1-580-272-0035. Very poor product support! Ya Get What Ya Pay For!!
