Picked Linksys 8-Port Switch up today. Works extremely well. The model I got does not stack with my Wireless G router, but that is a small drawback. Basically plugged it in and it worked right away, I am able to connect to XBox Live through Linksys 8-Port Switch with 0 issues.

I was very pleased with this Linksys Switch..... easy install and had my network up and running right out of the box.I had had a Linksys 5 port hub , that I used for 8 years and so I was sure I could trust the name but I delighted again and recommend This Switch as its much easier and theres no 10MBps limit like the hub. 100MBps for each PC.YAY!!!

At this price, there isn't any reason to use a hub. The switch auto configures so it is very easy to install. Great for increasing the number of available ports you have to connect to.
