I bought Linksys 1U NAS Enclosure unit for backup purpose. I had problems since I bought it, the shares configuration and users access disappears after saving it. Some shares wouldn't let me access even I had a public use checked like the others and so on. Finally I found newer firmware on their support site. I download it and install it, Linksys 1U NAS Enclosure was success till it rebooted and the system is down since. Now I stuck with a unit for over a week that they have no replacement too. Their customer service is worst than their products and by looking on what I writing here you see how disappointed and upset but hopfully you wouldn't.
