I just purchase a HANNS-G monitor a few weeks ago and I cannot tell you how unblieveable HannsG HX-191DPB 19" LCD Monitor monitor Is,so bright and vivid with bursting colors and a very fast responses time.I've been pondering for a year over If I should get one and I'm glad I did.HannsG HX-191DPB 19" Is the real deal.

Summary: Don't buy HANNS Monitors because I have been suffering from their service. I spent 50$ to send the monitor to USA for service. When they did service and open the back cover they forget a screw inside the monitor. When I powered on the monitor I found smoke coming out from the monitor. Monitor powered off suddenly. When I shake the monitor I found something left inside. I opened the back panel and remove the screw from inside. They did not even cure the problem for which I have sent for service. The problem is as is, I lost my 210$ monitor and luckily saved my life from big accident. If you will spend 210$ for monitor then again you spend 50$ for shipping = 260$ even though we have to suffer a lot then why should we not go for good company like Viewsonic or Acer?

I bought this from tigerdirect in July 08 and not a problem, no dead pixels. Tigerdirect is the best when it comes to speedy delivery. Speakers are its downfall.

Have used this monitor for the last 2 months in analog mode. HannsG HX-191DPB 19" LCD Monitor was a great deal when purchased for $130 with the rebates. I mostly use it for photography and office use. Im not a gamer. It is very sharp, clear, and bright, and color representation is very close to actual at 1280 x 1024 and 32 m colors. I have to turn the brightness and contrast way down for my personal taste. I have not used the speakers. I do not see any dead pixels. Big improvement over my old 17'' massive tube type monitor.
