I recently purchased 2 of these monitors to use in my Sleep Center. I am pleased with the quality of the monitors that I have. I had to replace a different monitor after purchaseing the two I had and settled for a totally different monitor because I was unable to get HannsG HW-223DPB LCD Monitor monitor. I am not as pleased with the third monitor (dead pixels). I need to purchase another monitor and will be purchasing HannsG HW-223DPB one!!!

I purchased this monitor to replace a Sony 21'' CRT. I was skeptical that an LCD could produce an image as good as an CRT for photoshop work. I have a Spyder color adjustment device and was pleasently surprised that I was able to adjust the monitor to achieve really good results. The construction quality of this montior is not the greatest. The case and stand are pretty flimsy. The digital input died after about 4 months. Even with the qulaity issues, this is a good monitor for the money.

I have never had any problem with a Hanns-G and I've owned a few Hanns-G Monitors. Backed with a three year warranty says alot, all cables and hardware incuded and if you have alot of peripherals (gaming,etc) the added four USB ports are sweet, DVI & analog, plug & play. If you had to buy a PCI USB Card for extra perif's it would be $20. All-n-all Hanns-G is the ''unsung hero'' of LCD monitors and I'll never buy a monitor again that isn't at least 1000/1 contrast, great picture and brightness. What's the point of a good Video Card and a lower contrast LCD, sorta like a VW engine in a Mustang! Speakers????.....I wear headset and haven't heard them. Unfortunetly I have the one (HG216D) with HDMI instead of a DVI port an no extra USB ports. Had I know of this model (for the DVI, have PCI 5xUSB card) I would have bought it but I'm still very pleased!

This is an upgrade from a Hanns-G 19in I've had for two years. This screen is huge, what a difference three inches makes. When I saw this monitor with the USB and the HD cable I was sold. I game alot, and the added size actually helps me see better. I like Hanns-G because you get alot of quality and features for a relatively great price. On top of that, this monitor has features that not many other PC monitors offer. Only downside for this monitor, is that the stand doesn't rotate tilt, pan, pivot, or swivel like my 19in does. Definately buy this, get two if possible.

Great for gaming,watching movies, and doing business application. Works absolutely great with Vista. USB 4 port hub and speaker outlets are a great feature that most other monitors do not have. Well worth spending a little bit extra to get. This is the second Hanns-G I have bought and neither has disappointed in the least.
