Excellent monitor and was able to download a User's Manual from Hanns-G website when we had difficulty figuring out how to use controls for volume, brightness, etc. Recommend Hanns-G HG-216DPB 21.6" Widescreen LCD Monitor manufacturer for customer service offerings.

Just got it. I have a friend who has the 28'' HannsG and I was very impressed with it. I'm glad Tiger was out of the Acer model and replaced it with Hanns-G HG-216DPB 21.6" one. What a great deal! The picture is even better than my Viewsonic. HDMI and DVI would have been better than HDMI and VGA. But, hey, for $169.00 it's awesome.

Grabbed this on special, wasn't too sure about Hanns-G, but what can I say - nice monitor for the buck! Screen is bright and clear, no dead pixels, and a pleasure to use.My only minor dislikes are the control buttons...on the bottom edge, rather than the front. It is awkward to operate them in this position. Also, the stand could have been weighted or made slightly wider, as the monitor is a little wobbly on it. As for the 3 year limited warranty - according to the manual, the screen is only covered for 1 year...less than screen coverage I've seen on some other brands. I'm hoping this doesn't become an issue. But so far, I'm quite happy with my purchase.

The monitor is worth the money and works great if you have a Hi-Def video card. There are no dead pixles and the picture is great in HDMI.
