Not a bad keyboard at all. I very much like the trackball on it which was the reason i bought it. I needed keyboard for a home theatre pc and Adesso IR Wireless Keyboard keyboard fit the bill. I only had one problem with it and that was the operating distance. It says its good up to 7meters but i only found about 6 feet, then it started to stop working properly so i called up customer support and they told me that was about right. Adesso IR Wireless Keyboard keyboard is not a bad buy, i only recommend that you be within about 5 or 6 feet of the receiver.

Trackball functions about half of the time, then won't allow downward movement. Also, there are obvious limitations of IR and many times it loses connection with the receiver and repeats the key that was pressed before it lost connection. Aggrevating to all the users at our house. Find another product.

''IR'' is infrared. ''RF'' is radio frequency. Someone describing this keyboard has them confused, it cannot be both. Either it uses infrared light to transmit to a receiver on the computer, or it uses radio frequency (38 khz as listed).I have an earlier model of this keyboard and first the space key went bad, then the E key, then the O key. Do you see a pattern here? The most frequently typed keys? I would not recommend this to anyone serious about getting a wireless keyboard unless they want it for it's shape, and human form-factor design. That part I give it A+ ratings. The quality of the keys themselves and the typing feel I find unpleasant, and in fact pissed off the moment I tried typing with it.But hey, at least they corrected the criminal flaw of placing an extra key between the apostrophe and the Enter key, where the Enter key should have been!

One of the best purchases i've ever made. When you imagine how each feature will work - it does that and more. I compute from my couch and always found myself searching either for where i tossed the keyboard, or where i tossed the mouse. No longer. I didnt notice on the description when i purchased it, but it also has a mouse button for your right index finger (on the front) and a scroll wheel on the front left! a pleasant suprise. No BS with the track ball either. Works perfectly. I have nothing to do with adesso or anyone in tech biz at all. Im just a happy customer!

Using with a Fujitsu Stylistic 5112 Tablet. Goes perfectly with it! Transmitter is a little longer than a normal usb thumb drive. Trackball is very responsive and it appears power management is frugal. Good impact on keys and good size. Will carry in bookbag along with tablet when going to school. Would prefer bluetooth, but since its not available, this is the next best thing.
