Item arrived fast, good job Tigerdirect, how ever top of actual screen falls forward and causes a high pitched 'HHHMMMMMM' sound. the screen boarder does not hold the screen in all the way. I will say I did not get what i paid for and have attempted to contact ACER and await their reply.

You get what you pay for. Hardware is only OK. Documentation is terrible; Acer support is worse. No driver for XP. May not work in native resolution on older chipsets and everything will be distorted.

Got Acer P223Wwd 22" Wide LCD Monitor today and it's one bad mamma-jamma. Silky smooth and a very, very good picture. As with other reviews, mine came with a bad pixel. It's not that bad, I can hardly notice it. Thanks again tiger, will probably buy another

Just got in...excellent!! I was a little leary but for 200 bucks, what the heck. I love it. Took it out of box and hooked it up, no worries. Great deal, no bad pixtels...I'm thinking about buying a couple more!! Way to go Tiger Direct. Customer since 1998.

Ran Pixel Tester 4.0 on my Mac mini and got 100% results, no DOA pixels. I just plugged the DVI cable (included for a change) into the monitor and Mac and it set up immediately with no intervention and no problems. There aren't many non-Apple LCD monitors out there in the Mac color scheme and none at Acer P223Wwd 22" price point. I have no complaints about the image quality and the pre-set picture quality settings are a nice feature for a casual user to make adjustments without umpteen cascading menu screens to navigate. Can be as bright and crisp as you want it for bright room lighting, or tone it down for night viewing simply by pushing the ''e'' button. Many won't care for the screen shield, but this one is nicely anti-reflective.The tripod base is a little tippy and I am concerned about the sturdiness of the weight-bearing plastic sleeve.We'll see how well this one holds up, but it is nice to know it has a 3-year manufacture's warranty.
