The Acer arrived fast. I couldn't even tell Acer Aspire M1100-U1402A Refurbished AMD PC was refurbished. Looked as good as new. The ACER runs smooth and fast with Windows Vista Home Premium. Acer Aspire M1100-U1402A Refurbished AMD PC is a bargain and I ordered a 2nd. You couldn't build one for less. Windows Vista alone to buy the disk would cost you 200 bucks. For 279.00 Acer Aspire M1100-U1402A AMD computer is a bargain. This was my own personal experience with Comp USA and Tiger Direct a company you can trust.

These Acer recon machines are serviced by a third party system. Still waiting one month later for a replacement cd drive, arrived non-op. Processor fan was gummy and full of grease as if it had been in a kitchen. Had to replace the cd myself, not happy. Buy Gateway.

i bought this back in july, received it within 2 days even though it had an expected delivery date of 3. i have only had 2 problems and both were fixed quickly. first one vista had an install issue due to me accidently turning computer off during install. Acer Aspire M1100-U1402A AMD was already set for on when i lugged in... well as msot should know ps2 hookups requires fresh start before working so i turned off n back on. anyways i called acer tech support was on hold for maybe 30 seconds max and got a local (when i say local i mean same state lol) issue was fixed within 10 min. 2nd problem somehow i got 2 internet connections and could only connect 1. dont know how 2nd got there but it was causing problems. so i try to chat with microsoft. no help. talked with friend issue fixed. other thant hsoe 2 problems computer has worked great very clean, i will prob buy another for my mom.

My Acer Aspire arrived 2 days after I placed the order. Even though its a refurb, it looks and works like new. Vista fired up perfectly, as did the Pinnacle Studio Plus video editing software that I added. I also added the I-INK 17'' monitor which also works beautifully. I also added 2 Gig of RAM, so I had a look inside the Acer - and it was spotlessly clean. The performance and quality gain over my old computer is astonishing. Fantastic deal for the money. I could not be more satisfied.

Was a little worried about it being a refurb, but it came to me looking new. I think it is a great machine for the money. Did not like the fact that you have no back up cds or manuals with a refurb. But they put a notice inside to create your own using 2 DVDs. That worked fine. Built in graphics are not bad. My son plays Halo 2 on it at medium detail and he is happy enough. Not a gaming machine, but it works well enough for many. Locked up twice, but I attribute that to Vista. No harm, just rebooted. Walmart has the same machine with monitor for 550, so I consider the Tiger price very good. Also has the AMD 4400+ processor which is one of the best for the money. Overall, a very solid machine for a very good price. Would buy another if needed.
